Certain fuel reducing technologies exist as aftermarket “retrofit” solutions to fleets and truck owners, while OEM fuel efficient options exist for spec’ing new vehicles.
FPInnovations has partnered with NRCAN to determine the rate of adoption of retrofit technologies and discover potential barriers to the adoption of these new technologies. The ultimate goal is to help industry better define what role the Government of Canada can play, including regulatory changes, incentive programs, increased research etc.
