U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has published a Federal Register Notice announcing it is adjusting certain customs user fees and corresponding limitations established by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for Fiscal Year 2027.
Based on the notice, the 2027 adjusted Commercial Truck Arrival Fee will be $7.60 (currently $7.35) and the 2026 adjusted Commercial Truck Calendar Year Prepayment Fee will $138.32 (currently $134.33) starting October 1, 2026.
The Commercial Truck Calendar Year Prepayment Fee and the Commercial Truck Arrival Fee are both the CBP fees only; it does not include the fiscal year 2027 AQI Commercial Truck with Transponder Fee ($870.60) or the AQI User Fee ($14.50), which are collected by CBP on behalf of APHIS.
This means, starting fiscal year 2027, the total Single Crossing Fee for Commercial Trucks will be $22.10, and the total Transponder Annual Fee for Commercial Trucks will be $1008.92. All fees are in USD.
