MHCC Guide Helps Employees with Mental Health Issues Through COVID

The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) has developed a new workplace resource document titled: Mini-guide to help employees’ mental health through winter. MHCC’s new mini-guide is designed to help employers provide workers with specific tools and resources during the winter months. The resources may also be helpful for friends, family and community members.

With the challenges brought on by cold weather and the holiday season, winter can often be a difficult time, says the agency. “But with COVID-19, this year’s winter may be even more demanding on  mental health and well-being. This mini-guide is designed to help employers provide workers with specific tools and resources during the winter months.”

MHCC is offering the guide to be shared with CTA members  your members.

Below are also some sample messages that can be used to promote the guide on  social media.
