CBSA/CBP to Align Hours at Multiple Ports of Entry as of Jan 6

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have worked together to announce the adjustment of operating hours at 38 ports of entry along the Northern border, which will come into effect on January 6, 2025.

In a release issued by CBP, the agencies indicate that this decision was made through close collaboration with CBSA in their joint efforts to more effectively utilize resources, as well as enhance national security and border security to the benefit of both nations.

The vast majority of the 118 northern border ports of entry will continue to operate at existing hours, including many with 24/7 operations. You can locate ports of entry and access border wait times here.
