THRC webinar assists employers meet reporting requirement

If you are a federally regulated employer with 100 or more employees, you are required to submit your annual employment equity report by June 1.

Join THRC for an overview of helpful new tools and resources that help make it easier to complete the reporting requirements, including how to report various types of truck driver pay.

Under LEEP, employers must provide information about their workforce, including employee statuses, occupational groups, salary ranges, promotions, hiring, termination, and company equity initiatives that need to be incorporated into the report and submitted to the Labour Program using the Workplace Equity Information Management System (WEIMS).
