U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), through its Cargo and Conveyance Security Directorate, is inviting local and regional trucking carriers to participate in a voluntary test of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) for Truck Cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CBP is encouraging participation from carriers of all sizes, with particular interest in small and medium-sized trucking companies. Carrier feedback will help CBP evaluate future electronic export manifest requirements and improve cargo security, risk assessment, and export operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants must be able to electronically submit data to CBP through ACE. There are no restrictions based on company size, location, or commodity type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
