{"id":3680,"date":"2024-02-29T18:42:19","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T18:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cantruck.ca\/pleins-feux-de-lacc-sur-le-budget-la-demande-environnementale-met-laccent-sur-des-methodes-pratiques-pour-soutenir-les-efforts-de-decarbonisation\/"},"modified":"2025-01-10T16:41:16","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T16:41:16","slug":"pleins-feux-de-lacc-sur-le-budget-la-demande-environnementale-met-laccent-sur-des-methodes-pratiques-pour-soutenir-les-efforts-de-decarbonisation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cantruck.ca\/fr\/pleins-feux-de-lacc-sur-le-budget-la-demande-environnementale-met-laccent-sur-des-methodes-pratiques-pour-soutenir-les-efforts-de-decarbonisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Pleins feux de l\u2019ACC sur le budget \u2013 La demande environnementale met l\u2019accent sur des m\u00e9thodes pratiques pour soutenir les efforts de d\u00e9carbonisation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Alliance canadienne du camionnage (ACC) a mis en \u00e9vidence plusieurs demandes dans son m\u00e9moire pr\u00e9budg\u00e9taire qui fourniraient des moyens pratiques et r\u00e9alisables de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions du secteur du camionnage, notamment en modifiant les politiques du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et en continuant de financer d\u2019importants programmes incitatifs qui fourniront des moyens significatifs d\u2019aider les flottes \u00e0 trouver des moyens de r\u00e9duire leur d\u00e9pendance au carburant diesel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici quelques-uns des \u00e9l\u00e9ments li\u00e9s aux politiques et aux programmes d\u00e9crits dans le m\u00e9moire :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Projets pilotes sur les technologies \u00e9mergentes : Augmentation du financement pour la mise \u00e0 l\u2019essai des technologies \u00e9mergentes, y compris pour les technologies z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission comme l\u2019Alberta Zero Emission Truck Electrification Collaboration (AZETEC), par l\u2019entremise de l\u2019Alberta Motor Transport Association, mais aussi pour les technologies de transition comme le gaz naturel renouvelable (GNR), ce qui permettra \u00e0 notre secteur de continuer \u00e0 se familiariser avec les nouvelles technologies et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pratique et op\u00e9rationnelle\u00a0avec peu ou pas de risque associ\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9tablissement du remboursement de la taxe d\u2019accise f\u00e9d\u00e9rale : Le gouvernement du Canada devrait r\u00e9tablir le remboursement de la taxe d\u2019accise f\u00e9d\u00e9rale pour la technologie de r\u00e9duction de la marche au ralenti du camionnage, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis pour r\u00e9duire la consommation de carburant en \u00e9teignant le moteur principal et en utilisant des dispositifs distincts pour chauffer ou refroidir le conducteur dans le camion pendant les p\u00e9riodes de repos. La suppression des remboursements de taxe d\u2019accise pour le carburant consomm\u00e9 par les prises de force (PTO) reste \u00e9galement probl\u00e9matique, car les prises de force sont entra\u00een\u00e9es directement \u00e0 partir du moteur principal du tracteur, o\u00f9 le moteur est partag\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins motrices et non motrices. Tout carburant consomm\u00e9 lorsque la prise de force fonctionne est donc clairement \u00e0 des fins non motrices ;<\/li>\n<li>Taxe sur le carbone et double imposition : L\u2019Alliance a continu\u00e9 de demander au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantruck.ca\/cta-calls-on-government-to-introduce-policy-equity-to-carbon-pricing\/\">d\u2019assurer l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 des politiques<\/a>\u00a0en ce qui concerne la taxe sur le carbone, et a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 que la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantruck.ca\/eccc-report-highlights-strong-performance-of-emissions-regulations-need-to-focus-on-proven-emissions-reduction-strategies\/\">taxe sur le carbone n\u2019offre aucun incitatif<\/a>\u00a0pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de notre secteur et qu\u2019elle devrait \u00eatre supprim\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence. L\u2019Association du camionnage du Qu\u00e9bec a \u00e9galement soulev\u00e9 la question de la double imposition, qui a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur les entreprises de camionnage bas\u00e9es au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ACC a \u00e9galement continu\u00e9 de souligner la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 financer les programmes d\u2019encouragement \u00e0 l\u2019environnement, comme le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ressources-naturelles.canada.ca\/efficacite-energetique\/efficacite-energetique-transports-carburants-remplacement\/guide-du-demandeur-pour-le-programme-de-transport-ecoenergetique-de-marchandises-vole\/guide-du-demandeur-pour-le?_gl=1*166ob12*_ga*MjExMzU2MTA0OS4xNzA5MDY3OTM0*_ga_C2N57Y7DX5*MTcwOTIyODg0OC4xLjAuMTcwOTIyODg0OC4wLjAuMA..\">Programme de transport \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de marchandises de RNCan<\/a>, et d\u2019apporter des modifications au programme afin de rationaliser davantage son utilisation pour les parcs de v\u00e9hicules qui cherchent \u00e0 maximiser l\u2019utilisation de dispositifs a\u00e9rodynamiques et autres dans le cadre de leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab L\u2019ACC est d\u2019avis que ces recommandations environnementales constituent une voie progressive, mesur\u00e9e et tangible pour la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions qui peut faire une diff\u00e9rence significative pour les flottes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des dividendes environnementaux importants d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Lak Shoan, de l\u2019ACC.<\/p>\n<p
