He replaces Omar Alghabra, who announced he will not be seeking re-election.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, Seamus O\u2019Regan will be staying on as Minister of in Labour. CTA has been working with the minister and his staff on the Driver Inc file.
