As Canada continues to transition to full enforcement of the electronic logging device (ELD) mandate by June 2022, Transport Canada has\u00a0<\/span>officially approved<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>additional ELD\u2019s for use in Canada.<\/p>\n

As additional ELDs are certified, they will be posted on Transport Canada\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

A\u00a012-month progressive enforcement\u00a0strategy\u00a0<\/b><\/a>kicked-off in June, allowing the enforcement community to deal with carriers operating paper logs and non-certified\u00a0ELDs as the mandate takes full shape by June 2022.<\/p>\n

CTA Team Canada ELD vendors are\u00a0assuring carriers<\/b><\/a>\u00a0that they are continuing to work diligently through the process\u00a0in supporting the transition to third-party certified ELDs.<\/p>\n
