Munden Group of\u00a0Companies\u00a0are pleased to publicly announce that the Munden Group: Munden Ventures Ltd., J. Munden Transport Ltd., and Peak Forestry Ltd. has completed an agreement to be acquired by LOTS Group, AB from Stockholm Sweden.<\/p>\n
After more than 50 years as a family run company, the Munden Family will continue to manage the operations, and the new joint growth opportunities under the LOTS Group umbrella.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n LOTS is a fully owned subsidiary of Scania.\u00a0Whereas Scania develops and provides commercial vehicles and services, LOTS puts them in motion.
