With Father\u2019s Day \u2013 and the launch of the 2021 charity drive \u2013 just around the corner, truckers are gearing up for another fight against prostate cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Every year, workplaces and individuals commit to going Plaid for Dad by fundraising and wearing plaid on the Friday before Father\u2019s Day. It\u2019s a fun and easy way for Canadians to show their love for all the men in their lives, and to build a world where no one fears prostate cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Canadians are encouraged to wear plaid on June 18 and share their photos online using #PlaidforDad to help support the prostate cancer cause at CCS.<\/p>\n<p>Prostate cancer continues to be the most commonly diagnosed cancer and third leading cause of death among Canadian men.
