Please join the Canadian Trucking Alliance (CTA) for a virtual townhall meeting with leading ELD suppliers from CTA\u2019s Team Canada Elite to discuss Transport Canada\u2019s upcoming electronic logging device mandate for federally regulated carriers.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the meeting, which is open to carriers free of charge and will be held in both French and English, is to hear from leading ELD vendors on how carriers who have yet to activate ELDs in their fleet can be preparing in advance of the June enforcement date of Transport Canada\u2019s regulation for federally regulated carriers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>ELD vendors have been integral to the development of the Transport Canada regulation and the third-party certified process since day one and will be offering insight into why carriers should not wait until the last minute to ask questions and plan for their fleet\u2019s conversion to ELDs.\u00a0<\/span>Like any purchasing decision and the onboarding of technology, there are key questions carriers can be asking prospective vendors now which can ensure the successful transition of the third-party certified ELD regime into their operations over the coming months.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
