Applications for Trucking HR Canada\u2019s Top Fleet Employer program close Monday, January 25, 2021<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Top Fleet Employer program is open to fleets of all sizes, private fleets, and fleet services.\u00a0 Now in its eighth year, the national program recognizes the importance of having sound HR policies and practices in the trucking and logistics industry.\u00a0 It is not a competition \u2013 it\u2019s recognition for those who meet HR standards of excellence.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur Top Fleet Employers program celebrates fleets across Canada who have exceptional HR practices and are leaders in showcasing this industry as a great place to work.\u201d said Angela Splinter, CEO at Trucking HR Canada. \u201cAs we all are hopeful that we will soon resurface and rebound from the pandemic – this recognition gives fleets an advantage in recruitment and retention of employees.\u201d<\/p>\n
