The higher the facility rating, the faster a load is booked, she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are open to sharing our data with the FMCSA.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Uber Freight said this new facility ratings feature in the app is designed to help carriers make more informed decisions about which loads to accept while giving shippers greater insight on how they can improve driver satisfaction at their locations.<\/p>\n<p>The findings point to ways companies shipping freight can improve their businesses to attract truckers. For example, drivers said they favour facilities that allow late-night and early-morning pickups and accept drop-offs during the day.
