{"id":2152,"date":"2017-04-18T18:18:54","date_gmt":"2017-04-18T18:18:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cantruck.ca\/trucking-hr-canada-launches-compensation-benchmarking-study\/"},"modified":"2025-01-10T16:49:31","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T16:49:31","slug":"trucking-hr-canada-launches-compensation-benchmarking-study","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cantruck.ca\/fr\/trucking-hr-canada-launches-compensation-benchmarking-study\/","title":{"rendered":"Trucking HR Canada Launches Compensation Benchmarking Study"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Trucking<\/strong> HR Canada has developed an industry specific compensation benchmarking study.\u00a0 The data gathered through the study will assist employers in developing competitive compensation packages for all occupations from truck drivers to dispatchers and fleet managers.<\/p>\n<p>The study will look at average annual incomes, benefits packages, retirement plans, rewards and recognition programs, and much more.\u00a0 The data collected will be aggregated into a comprehensive report \u2013 which will include a national overview and provincial breakdowns for each occupation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis study is a direct response to the needs expressed by employers and the current lack of compensation data available in Canada,\u201d says Angela Splinter, CEO of Trucking HR Canada. \u201cThe data gathered will support employers in competitively addressing one of their largest business expenditures.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that the study is reflective of national and regional circumstances, Trucking HR Canada is calling on industry employers of all sizes from across the country to complete it.
