The objective of the rule is to ensure food is being properly refrigerated, vehicles and equipment are properly cleaned\/sanitized, and food is properly protected during transport.<\/p>\n<p>The rule establishes requirements for shippers, carriers by truck or rail, loaders and receivers involved in transporting human and animal food.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overview of program rules including timelines for implementation<\/li>\n<li>Who is covered and not covered under the new rules<\/li>\n<li>Role of the transporter under the new requirements<\/li>\n<li>Training and record keeping requirements for transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The webinar will take place on Wednesday March 22<sup>nd\u00a0<\/sup>from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm (EST).
