In addition to the Dangerous Good proposals issued last week<\/a> by Transport Canada, a further set of pre-consultation documents was forwarded to CTA for comment.<\/p>\n

In short, this latest pre-consultation termed the \u201cCanadian Update\u201d focuses on proposed changes to Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 16 of the Dangerous Goods Regulations as well as a note on H2S levels in crude oil.<\/p>\n

Feedback from this round of consultations will assist in shaping future Gazette I Notices (proposed rulemakings).<\/p>\n
