Little<\/a> says less than a third of respondents would be willing to use an autonomous vehicle while high purchase prices limited range and lack of charging infrastructure and support remain major barriers for electric vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOEMs face a huge communicative challenge in convincing their reluctant customers about autonomous driving,\u201d noted Wolf-Dieter Hoppe, associate director of the automotive practice.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by<em> Fleet Owner<\/em>, he pointed out that consumers are \u201cvery skeptical\u201d concerning the vehicle industry\u2019s biggest trend \u2013 autonomous driving \u2013 especially in major markets.
