Nous soutenons que cette taxe est inefficace pour susciter un changement de comportement au sein de l\u2019industrie, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019absence actuelle de solutions de rechange z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission viables pour le camionnage \u00e0 longue distance. Nous plaidons pour une suspension de cette taxe pendant au moins quatre ans.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=\u00a0\u00bbkey-item border-bottom-gradient\u00a0\u00bb offset=\u00a0\u00bbvc_col-md-4&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbtext-red px-3 pt-3&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h3>Traitement de la question des taxes sur les carburants<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpx-3&Prime;]Au-del\u00e0 de la taxe sur le carbone, l\u2019ACC plaide \u00e9galement pour une modification des autres taxes sur les carburants qui ont une incidence sur l\u2019industrie. Nous demandons notamment la suspension de la taxe d\u2019accise f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de quatre cents par litre sur le carburant diesel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019inflation soit ma\u00eetris\u00e9e. Nous demandons \u00e9galement au gouvernement de r\u00e9tablir le remboursement de taxe pour le carburant utilis\u00e9 dans les groupes frigorifiques et les dispositifs de pompage essentiels au transport de produits alimentaires.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=\u00a0\u00bbkey-item border-bottom-gradient\u00a0\u00bb offset=\u00a0\u00bbvc_col-md-4&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbtext-red px-3 pt-3&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h3>Incitations aux technologies vertes<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpx-3&Prime;]L\u2019ACC d\u00e9fend les incitations fiscales visant \u00e0 encourager l\u2019adoption de technologies respectueuses de l\u2019environnement. Elle plaide notamment en faveur de la prolongation et de la permanence de l\u2019incitatif \u00e0 l\u2019investissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 (IIA), avec une proposition d\u2019augmentation de la d\u00e9duction de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 % pour tous les camions et remorques. Nous proposons \u00e9galement des taux de d\u00e9duction encore plus agressifs (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 %) pour les camions fonctionnant au gaz naturel, \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transition vers ces technologies de carburants de remplacement.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner equal_height=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb gap=\u00a0\u00bb25&Prime;][vc_column_inner el_class=\u00a0\u00bbkey-item border-bottom-gradient\u00a0\u00bb offset=\u00a0\u00bbvc_col-md-4&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbtext-red px-3 pt-3&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h3>Lutte contre la fraude fiscale<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpx-3&Prime;]L\u2019ACC lutte activement contre la fraude fiscale au sein de l\u2019industrie, en particulier contre le stratag\u00e8me \u00ab Chauffeur Inc. \u00bb qui, selon nos estimations, fait perdre au gouvernement canadien jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 milliard de dollars par an en recettes fiscales. Nos efforts portent notamment sur le r\u00e9tablissement de l\u2019\u00e9mission obligatoire du feuillet T4A afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la responsabilit\u00e9 et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, et sur le lancement de campagnes de sensibilisation du public telles que \u00ab Mettez fin aux abus en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9 et de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00bb afin d\u2019encourager le gouvernement \u00e0 prendre des mesures.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=\u00a0\u00bbkey-item border-bottom-gradient\u00a0\u00bb offset=\u00a0\u00bbvc_col-md-4&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbtext-red px-3 pt-3&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h3>Plaidoyer pour des politiques budg\u00e9taires plus larges<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpx-3&Prime;]Au-del\u00e0 des mesures fiscales pr\u00e9cises, l\u2019ACC plaide pour des politiques budg\u00e9taires plus larges qui profitent \u00e0 l\u2019industrie.
