FleetSmart is currently working with Canadian provincial trucking associations to assist with field testing of the new SmartDriver for Highway Trucking training components for drivers of heavy-duty trucks.
The three-part training tool consists of a 4-module, (26-lesson e-Learning program), a 4-hour classroom course and, a 90-minute on-road practicum. These tools provide drivers with the information, practical advice, and on-road practice they need to achieve first-rate fuel efficiency under a wide range of driving conditions.
