The Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association (APTA) recently held its annual banquet to honor five industry members who have made an outstanding contribution to the trucking industry in Atlantic Canada.
The winner of the prestigious Service to Industry Award was Donnie Fillmore Jr., Atlantic Pacific Transport.
Other winners include:
- Driver of the Year – Mark Reeleder, Ayr Motor Express
- Dispatcher of the Year – Wanda Cull, East Can Transportation Services
- Safety to Motor Transportation – Joe Sullivan, Day & Ross Transportation Group
- Good Samaritan – Stephen Bartlett, Armour Transportation Services
